Portrait Photography Portraits: At Cool Photography we love to do portraits! If it’s a head and shoulder shot you need for your website or just a photo to send home to let them know you are thinking about them, we would love to photograph you! We can work either in our studio, your home, Metcalf Park, or a location of your choosing. We really like to shoot in Metcalf Park in the AM or later on in the afternoon when the light is right. The park is perfect if you want to bring your dog! It’s also a great place to photograph kids - you can let them run around and have fun while we get some candid photos of them. Then when we are all ready to do some group shots, they are much happier and willing to sit down to pose for their photos.
Clothing: We recommend coordinating clothing. Solid colors work best. Black or dark turtlenecks, long sleeved tops, and dark pants are also ideal. Jeans and white shirts or red shirts are favorites as are khakis. Feel free to bring a few options. It's especially fun to bring something that reflects the personality of each individual in the group as the second clothing option.
